This is a project privacy notice based on the current website configuration. Euro-Alco should approve the final legal wording, retention periods, hosting providers and production email services before launch.

What the site stores
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. Similar browser storage can serve the same purpose. GIN.MD currently uses only first-party storage that is necessary to remember age confirmation and cookie preferences.
No analytics, behavioural advertising or social tracking service is active on the current website. Optional categories remain disabled unless a visitor gives consent and a corresponding service is later configured.

Change or withdraw your choice
You can accept all available categories, keep only necessary storage, or save a custom choice. Refusing optional categories does not block access to GIN.MD.
You can also delete cookies in your browser. If you do, the age and cookie preference prompts will appear again.

External services and updates
The site includes ordinary links to Facebook and Google Maps. Those services load only after you follow a link and are governed by their own policies. GIN.MD does not currently embed their tracking content.
The inventory must be reviewed whenever analytics, embedded video, CAPTCHA, advertising, maps, newsletters or other third-party services are added. The policy revision date will be updated when the inventory changes.
