WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
- 50 ml GIN.MD gin
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- Chilled soda water
- Clear ice cubes
HOW TO SERVE
Method
- Add the gin, lemon juice and syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top with chilled soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a restrained rosemary sprig.
