WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

• 30 ml GIN.MD gin
• 30 ml red bitter aperitif
• 30 ml sweet vermouth
• One large clear ice cube

HOW TO SERVE

Method

1. Add the gin, bitter aperitif and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain over one large ice cube in a chilled rocks glass.
4. Finish with an expressed orange peel.
