WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

  • 50 ml GIN.MD gin
  • 120 ml premium tonic water
  • Two cucumber ribbons
  • Fresh mint
  • Clear ice cubes

HOW TO SERVE

Method

  1. Fill a chilled highball glass with clear ice.
  2. Add the gin and cucumber ribbons.
  3. Top slowly with premium tonic water.
  4. Gently lift once with a bar spoon and finish with fresh mint.
