WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

  • 50 ml GIN.MD gin
  • 120 ml premium tonic water
  • One strip of grapefruit peel
  • One fresh citrus wheel
  • Clear ice cubes

HOW TO SERVE

Method

  1. Fill a chilled balloon or highball glass with clear ice.
  2. Pour in the gin and add the citrus wheel.
  3. Top gently with premium tonic water.
  4. Express the grapefruit peel over the glass and place it as garnish.
